Raj Venkatesan, Ph.D.
Dr. Rajkumar Venkatesan is Director-Solutions Delivery, at IMC International. Dr. Venkatesan has extensive consulting experience in building Customer Profitability, Market Share, New Product Diffusion, Brand Equity, and Direct Marketing models. He has designed efficient database marketing programs for several firms including IBM, ING Financial Services, Cingular Wireless, BP/AMOCO, Texas Children’s Hospital, Intermec, and C3i. He is an expert in developing individual customer level marketing models and evolutionary algorithms that assess Return on Marketing Investments. His research on Customer Lifetime Value and Genetic Algorithms has won Awards from the Marketing Science Institute (MSI), and the Institute for Study of Business Markets (ISBM), and the American Marketing Association (AMA). Dr. Venkatesan has a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Houston.
