Our Marketing Analytics practice specializes in providing data analysis for firms with large customer databases. IMC functions as an extension of customer’s existing Research and Development group to provide individual customer level marketing and strategic business insights. IMC team members are experts in applying advanced analytical techniques such as regression analysis, CHAID trees, conjoint analysis, factor and cluster analysis, multivariate analysis, and evolutionary algorithms to help solve a variety of marketing and business issues. In addition, IMC builds customer choice and purchase incidence models that allow managers to evaluate market share, brand competition, and customer loyalty.
